PAN India Delivery: We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through reliable courier partners.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all major cities and towns across India including:

  • All metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, etc.)
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
  • Most towns and serviceable pin codes

1.2 Remote Areas

For remote or difficult-to-access locations:

  • Delivery may take additional time
  • Courier partner serviceability will be confirmed at checkout
  • Additional shipping charges may apply

2. Shipping Timeline

2.1 Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Products: 1-3 business days for order processing and packaging
  • Custom/Made-to-Order: 5-10 business days (depending on complexity)
  • Bulk Orders: Timeline discussed at time of order (typically 7-15 business days)

3. Shipping Charges

3.1 Standard Shipping

  • Shipping charges calculated based on order weight and delivery location
  • Displayed at checkout before payment confirmation
  • Typically range from ₹50 to ₹200 for standard orders

3.2 Free Shipping

  • Available on orders above ₹999 (may vary during promotions)
  • Applicable to most pin codes in India
  • Promotional free shipping announced via WhatsApp and Instagram

3.3 Bulk Orders

  • Special shipping rates for bulk orders (50+ units)
  • Freight charges discussed and quoted separately
  • Multiple shipments possible for very large orders

4. Packaging

4.1 Protective Packaging

We take special care in packaging our candles:

  • Bubble wrap and cushioning materials
  • Sturdy corrugated boxes
  • Fragile stickers and handling instructions
  • Eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible
  • Gift packaging available on request (may incur additional charges)

4.2 Custom/Gift Packaging

  • Premium gift packaging available for special occasions
  • Corporate branding for bulk orders
  • Charges vary based on packaging type

5. Order Tracking

5.1 Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped:

  • You'll receive tracking details via WhatsApp and Email
  • Track your order using the provided tracking number
  • Real-time updates on shipment status
  • Estimated delivery date provided

5.2 Delivery Updates

  • Out for Delivery notification on delivery day
  • Delivery confirmation with proof of delivery
  • Contact courier directly for specific delivery queries

6. Delivery Process

6.1 Delivery Attempt

  • Courier will attempt delivery at the provided address
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package
  • Valid ID proof may be required at delivery
  • Signature required for proof of delivery

6.2 Failed Delivery

If delivery attempt fails:

  • Courier will leave a delivery note
  • Second delivery attempt will be made next business day
  • Contact courier or us immediately to reschedule
  • Unclaimed packages returned after 3 failed attempts

6.3 Return to Origin (RTO)

If package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Customer unavailable after multiple attempts
  • Customer refused delivery

Additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Inspection at Delivery

IMPORTANT: Please inspect your package at the time of delivery

  • Check for external damage to package
  • Open and verify contents if outer package is damaged
  • Take photos/videos if damage is noticed
  • Report damage immediately to courier and us
  • Do not accept severely damaged packages

8. Damaged in Transit

If candles arrive damaged:

  • Take clear photos of damaged product and packaging

  • Keep all packaging materials
  • We will arrange free replacement or full refund

9. Delays and Force Majeure

10. International Shipping
